- How to make your own kombucha - we'll be creating winter flavours like gingerbread and spiced orange. Plus you'll take home your own scoby/ kombucha mother to start your own batch right away!
- How to make simple fermented pickles, perfect for nibbles
- How to make sauerkraut. We'll be making a special Christmas 'kraut for you to take home, ferment, and enjoy - it's a great addition to Christmas day lunch or Boxing Day leftovers.
Please bring one or two jam jars with lids.
