Climate and nature: what matters to you? (online)

Thu 3 Sep 2026 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM BST Online, Zoom

Are you feeling worried about the growing risk of climate pollution and nature loss? Us too.

A Senedd committee that checks up on the Welsh Government's climate and nature work is asking the public what it should focus on over the next four years. We feel it's important that ordinary people's voices are heard so we'd like to hear from you to help write our response to their consultation.

You're invited to join us online at 6pm on Thursday September 3rd, for a relaxed chat about the different areas you'd like to see prioritised. Maybe you feel that habitats should be urgently restored, or plans for data centres reconsidered? Or maybe you want to see more food and energy produced here in Wales? Or something else entirely? We'll be chatting about housing, travel, food, wildlife and loads more - bring your ideas!

You don't need to know loads about climate and nature to have your say - we're just looking to understand what you're worried about, what you care about, and what you feel needs to change.

Can't make this session? Email Hannah on hannah@greensquirrel.co.uk before September 3rd to share your thoughts.
