Join us at Camp Washington Perennial Farm for a hands-on workshop in grafting fruit trees. Participants will receive instruction in the different techniques for grafting Apple and Pear fruit trees from Chris Smyth from the Common Orchard Project. The rootstock, scionwood and tools needed to graft your own fruit trees will be provided, but feel free to bring your own grafting knife. Participants will leave with at least 3 newly grafted fruit trees to plant at home or in community gardens.

Proceeds from the workshop will benefit the Common Orchard Project's ongoing effort to plant public fruit trees throughout Greater Cincinnati Region.

Fee: $50. (includes your newly grafted trees)

Parking:

As you turn into Workhouse Drive, the farm gate is immediately on the left. Continue on and park in River City Corrections parking lot, closest to the farm. Do not park close to the front door of River City Corrections.
