Romeo Stodart (Of The Magic Numbers) at West Malvern Social Club

Off The Road Music presents an intimate solo performance from Romeo Stodart, lead singer and songwriter of much-loved London harmony group The Magic Numbers.

The Magic Numbers have released five critically acclaimed albums, including their Mercury Music Prize-nominated, million-selling debut. Alongside the band, Romeo has worked with an extraordinary range of artists, writing with and for Jane Birkin, Edwyn Collins, Amadou & Mariam, The Chemical Brothers and Ren Harvieu, producing records for Billy Bragg, Natalie Imbruglia and Kathryn Williams, and contributing guitar, banjo and harmonies to projects including Spiritualized’s Sweet Heart Sweet Light, Jimmy Webb & The Webb Brothers, and Damon Albarn’s Africa Express collective.

For this special solo show at West Malvern Social Club, Romeo will bring songs from across his career into a close, intimate setting — with the possibility of requests, impromptu covers, new material, audience duets and the kind of spontaneous moments that make these performances so unique.
