Dahlia Masterclass with Greystone Flowers

Join us at our nursery this autumn for a session dedicated to the beauty of dahlias. 

We are opening Greystone Flowers Nursery on a day we are usually closed to the public to offer a 'behind the scenes' experience at our cut-flower plant nursery and discover everything you need to know to grow strong, healthy, and spectacular dahlia plants. We'll guide you through our tried-and-tested techniques, from understanding the different types of dahlias and choosing the best varieties for your garden, to propagating new plants, protecting them from common pests, and caring for them throughout the growing season.  

As autumn arrives, you'll also learn how to lift and store dahlia tubers to keep them safe over winter, ensuring they're ready to thrive again the following year. We'll finish by sharing our favourite techniques for cutting and arranging dahlias to create beautiful, long-lasting displays. 

Whether you're new to growing dahlias or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to fill your garden with vibrant, flourishing blooms year after year. You'll also take home a hand-picked bunch of seasonal dahlias, freshly cut from the farm, to enjoy at home.

All materials will be provided along with refreshments during the masterclass.
