MST Crossfit Grid Community Day

We’re hosting an all-levels team event called Grid Community Day!  If you sign up you’ll be guaranteed a good time, playing a new sport using the movements we work with every day, but on a team.

Remember how fun Dodgeball was in gym class?
Or your favorite sport in high school or college?
Or even just how it feels to cheer for your favorite sports team?
We get to experience that together!  

No pre-requisites required... can you air squat?  Then you can be on one of these teams.

The whole goal is to have a raging good time with your gym buddies and feel like a kid again.  Sign up for $20, and you'll get a swag bag of Grid League partner products and perks.
