Marsden Road Community Centre will be hosting a Day Trip to 

Scarborough 

Tuesday 13th August 2024

8.00am - 6.30pm

Scarborough really does have it all; dramatic cliffs, award-winning beaches, historic harbour, great family attractions & a booming town centre. Scarborough is full of things to do, whatever the weather.  Enjoy stunning beaches, promenades, gardens , Alpamare Waterpark, Scarborough Sealife and so much more. 

There are many places to grab something to eat including Fish & Chips/ Cafe's/ Pub lunches & Restaurants (Not included in cost of day trip). There are also outdoor picnic spots if your bringing a packed lunch.

The coach will leave Marsden Road Community Centre, Horsley Hill, NE34 6RE at 8.00am and arrive back at approx. 6.30pm

Please arrive no later than 7.45am for a prompt departure at 8.00am 

**** The coach will first stop at Alpamare Waterpark in Scarborough. These tickets are NOT included in the cost of the day trip and are to booked independently yourself. We will be approximately arriving into Scarborough at 10:30am. ****

Please select at time of booking if you wish to be dropped off at Alpamare waterpark.

You will need to make your own way back into Scarborough for coach pick up where we will be meeting at the Rotunda Museum at 3.45pm

**All persons attending require a ticket, Under 2's are free and can be seated on parents lap but must be selected at time of booking**

Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18 or over at all times and children must be supervised at all times.

Missed Departure - Your ticket shows the departure point and time. You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time, and we cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by passengers because of their late arrival. Staff have a list of passengers attending and in the event of passengers not being at the arranged point they will endeavor to trace them. The coach will wait a reasonable time, but if a passenger is delayed or not able to join the coach early notification will avoid unnecessary delay and inconvenience to other passengers. 

Cancellation - We do not offer a refund for cancelled tickets however, once the trip is fully booked (determined by all seats on the coach being sold) we will endeavor to re-sell any cancelled tickets and if successful we will refund monies. Marsden Road Community Centre accepts no liability for any loss incurred if the day trip does not go ahead due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, or if the trip departs but fails to arrive at the destination. As the trip has been paid for in advance we will still be going ahead despite unfavorable weather conditions. 

Passengers with disabilities - Should you or a member of your party have any medical conditions or disability that may affect the excursion/day trip please advise us prior to confirming the booking so that we can advise you as to the suitability of the excursion/day trip. If a passenger requires assistance then they must travel with an able bodied carer or friend. We will make every effort to accommodate the passenger. 

***PLEASE MAKE SURE SUITABLE CLOTHING IS WORN FOR OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES WATERPROOF COATS AND SUN CREAM MAY BE NEEDED.***
