Description
STOP! Before going ahead with your booking, READ FULLY before booking your tickets.
Covid-19: We strongly advise that people follow the Government guidance at all times. We thank you for your co-operation: stay safe.
AVIAN INFLUENZA It is migration season for wild birds and we are on alert for Avian Influenza once again. We need to discourage wild birds as much as we can so we won't be selling any feed. We also need to be ready to put biosecurity in place at short notice if asked to. We hope it won't spoil your day out at Jarrow Hall too much.
PLEASE NOTE: Each person needs to have a slot booked, regardless of age, membership or ticket type. If the system will not allow you to book for your full party, this is typically because there are no longer enough slots available. This can sometimes not be clear when booking a mixture of ticket types.
Please arrive within your 30-minute timeslot. You're then welcome to stay until closing time of 4pm.
The Farm and Anglo-Saxon Village are open for your visit. In some areas a one-way system is in operation, these routes are signposted and you will be emailed a map in advance.
ANIMAL WELFARE INFORMATION:
- You must NOT feed animals any food you have brought in (donated fruit and vegetables are checked by the farm team and must be left at reception).
- You must NOT enter the animal enclosures.
- You MUST follow safety instructions given by our staff or official volunteers.

We are delighted to have the Bede Museum open too with a one-way system in place however there will not be craft or colouring materials.

Toilets are open and the Hive café is open, you can pre-order for collection in advance directly with Hive although they will always do their best to accommodate. Please see their own pages for advice about indoor bookings.
Also, from 17th May, St.Paul's Church is open for visitors, with their own dedicated and knowledgeable volunteers ready to bring this ancient and important Church to life.
