Experience the true magic of Christmas at this immersive family event!

Santa and his elves are returning to West Boldon Lodge to train a new generation of Elf Helpers. You will meet some of Santa's top elves as you journey through Elf School, the Elves' Workshop and the Enchanted Forest. Children on Santa's nice list will even get to visit Santa's grotto and speak individually with Santa.

This activity will be a mix of staff-led activities in a group with other families, and self-led activities by yourselves at your own pace. Everyone will visit Santa by themselves, he'll talk to all the children, and with the information you provide at the time of booking, he'll know something special about everyone. We anticipate the experience will last 90-120 minutes.

Most suitable for age 4-10yrs.

Pre-booking is essential. All adults and participating children need tickets. Babes in arms do not need a ticket. If you wish for your baby or young child to join in with craft and other activities, receive refreshments, or receive a gift from Santa, you must purchase a ticket for them.

Santa Information

Upon booking we ask for some information so that your visit with Santa can be personalised and extra magical. We do realise however that children can change their minds between the time of booking and the time of your visit so please do let us know via email if you have provided us with some information that later turns out to be incorrect to ensure that Santa can have the most up to date information on your child. To do so please email westboldonlodge@groundwork.org.uk and include your name, your child's name, the date and time of your session, and the new information for the Santa list. This can be changed up until midday the Friday before you visit so our elves have time to update the list.

Accessibility

We are well equipped to welcome visitors with a range of abilities. Please inform us in advance if anyone in your party has any additional requirements so we can make sure you're able to access all of our activities.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your visit, let us know as soon as possible and we will re-list your tickets. If they re-sell, we will offer you a full refund. If they do not re-sell, we will offer a voucher to re-book for another date or alternative event, but no refund.
