Sunset / Sunrise Yoga in the Feasthouse

Celebrate 24 hours of winter magic with complimentary relaxing yoga sessions inside the First Nations Feast House on Grouse Mountain. Surrounded by warmth, culture, and the quiet beauty of the alpine, guests are invited to unwind during two special Sunset Yoga sessions on Saturday, February 28 at 7pm and 9pm, and two Sunrise Yoga sessions on Sunday, March 1 at 7am and 9am. Whether you’re greeting the first light over snow-covered peaks or flowing beneath the glow of a winter sunset, each session offers a calming escape during this extraordinary round-the-clock mountain experience. Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat or use one of the complimentary mats provided.

Please follow the signs for a short walk to the Feasthouse from outside our Chalet when you arrive for your Yoga session. Snowy conditions exist on the paths to the Feasthouse so please come in appropriate snow footwear.

Please note that the sessions are complimentary but do not include mountain admission - a seasons pass or a separate General Admission ticket is required to access the mountain for the Yoga Sessions.
