Join us for an inspiring evening to discover the vision for the new Growing Hope South East London Hub. Hear how local churches can become champions for children with additional needs and their families, and explore what part you might be able to play to bring hope and belonging to more children across our communities.
With nearly one in five children across Lewisham, Southwark and Greenwich having additional needs, many families are struggling and children are not reaching their potential.
Growing Hope exists to bring hope to children, grow hope for families and share hope in Jesus, bringing transformation in the lives of families of children with additional needs in communities across the UK.
Expanding from the success of Growing Hope Brockley, Growing Hope’s South East London Hub will tackle the SEND crisis head on, with excellent clinical therapy and wider holistic support for families. It will also support churches to provide places where children with additional needs and their families can be seen, heard and feel able to belong and join in.
In the Civil Society Covenant in 2025, the Prime Minister’s Office described charities, faith groups, social enterprises and impact investors” as “essential partners in tackling the country’s biggest challenges. We all have our part to play so that every child can flourish, and so that no family has to struggle alone.
