Mark Russell Smith leads Symphony in a stunning concert on February 20 at Ted Mann Concert Hall. GTCYS’ Concerto Competition winner, cellist Brad Gibson, performs the virtuosic first movement of Dvořák’s Concerto in B minor. “I’m very excited to have an opportunity to play one of the greatest works for cello with such an amazing orchestra and conductor!” Brad says. Symphony also presents movements from Shostakovich’s Symphony No. 5 and Wagner’s dramatic “Overture to Rienzi.” Tickets are only $5 for students and $12 for adults. Join Symphony for an exciting afternoon of music!
Masks are required for everyone at all times. COVID vaccines or a negative test are strongly encouraged for audience members, but are not required for this concert.
