Vipul Rikhi will share the songs and insights of the mystic poets of India, which relate to the theme of personal transformation and evolution. Sprinkled with folk songs, exquisite poetry and entertaining stories, these sessions are a siren call into the deeper dimensions of the self, where reside joy, contentment, understanding, exhilaration and love. They chart out the path of the mystic as outlined by iconic Bhakti and Sufi poets such as Kabir, and provide us with tools to navigate better the ocean of the world.

What to expect

This session involves listening to music so we suggest using headphones and joining from a quiet environment.

The last half hour will be open for Q&A and interaction with the host.

Your Host

Vipul Rikhi is a singer, poet, storyteller, translator, dancer and meditator immersed in the oral traditions of Kabir and other mystic poets for over a decade. He is the author of several books of poetry, fiction and translation. He sings mystic poetry in the folk music traditions and performs widely.
