The '26/'27 COV Production

Circle of Voices is a cornerstone of GTNT’s programming. Running from September to March each year, COV focuses on training and education through a program of classes, workshops, and performance opportunities for youth. The final production is supported by professionals as designers, production team, and technicians providing an opportunity for youth to experience the full spectrum of creation to performance. In the coming funding year, we will be choosing a play for the youth that will be mounted in March of 2027. 

This programming is supported by ongoing cultural practices and provides a safe and supportive space for Indigenous youth to explore, grow, and create a community with each other through GTNT. It is important to note that multiple former COV participants have gone on into professional performance, and maintain a strong practice. Many of GTNT alumni perform in our shows, have created their own practice, and mentor our youth as well.
