"Stop the Bleed courses train the public to save lives through three basic actions to stop life-threatening bleeding following everyday emergencies and man-made and natural disasters. Advances made by military medicine and research in hemorrhage control during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq have informed the work of this initiative which exemplifies translation of knowledge back to the homeland to the benefit of the general public." - Stop the Bleed Website (https://www.stopthebleed.org/about/). 

This course will also provide basic information on CPR (we will not be providing certification). This course is soley for the ACS Stop the Bleed certification.

***IMPORTANT: This course is the Skills Only section of the Stop the Bleed certification. Before attending, you MUST complete the ACS Stop the Bleed Interactive Course which is the online version of the classroom lecture. The link to the online lecture portion will be sent after purchase. The online lecture must be completed 7 days prior (July 5th) to the in-person skills day. 

**NOTE: Waivers will be required in order to participate. These, along with other information will be provided in an email that will be sent 5 days prior to start of class.

Instructor Information

We are excited to have partnered with Chris Sainsbury who is not only a Stop the Bleed Instructor, but also a Guardienne Solutions Alumni!
 Chris has been a Firefighter and EMT for 30 years. He is also an instructor through the American Heart Association.

Communication is key! (COMPANY) Guardienne Solutions, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course up to 14 days prior to the first day of the course for any reason. In this event, a full refund will be issued to your original purchase method. Courses are generally not affected by weather however, if staff determines that it is unsafe for instructors and/or students to travel, if course location is damaged, or any other unforeseen circumstances occur, the course may be rescheduled. In the event Guardienne Solutions reschedules a course due to such circumstances, tickets will be refunded via voucher that students can use towards the rescheduled course or another course.
