Circlesinging is a form of a cappella singing where someone creates all the parts and makes spontaneous choral music with a group of singers. The parts are usually simple, and keep shifting and changing like a moving tapestry of sound. Circlesongs are like a journey of rhythms and melodies from all over the world, they originate in ancestral forms of making music and were made popular by the great Bobby Mc Ferrin.
This is an invitation to sing, move and resonate together. The circle is an open community where everyone is welcome and all voices matter.
Guillermo (www.guillermorozenthuler.com IG : #guillermorozenthuler) has been exploring and teaching Circlesinging for the last 20 years. He loves to encourage everyone to be free in their musical creativity and discover new ways of interacting and listening. The body and the voice are the playground.
