Fall Play: You Can't Take It With You

Join us for our fall production, You Can’t Take It With You by George S. Kaufman and Moss Hart, November 8th–16th in the Little Theatre at Gunn High School. Martin Vanderhoff and his family live life to its fullest. They make fireworks, play xylophones, practice ballet, and write plays. When the youngest daughter of the family falls in love with her boss’s son, the whole family prepares to hold it together for one night to have the boss’s family over for dinner. You Can’t Take It With You, a zany, idealistic comedy, and winner of the 1937 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, is about living life to the fullest, learning to accept each other, and doing what makes you happy!

The Opening Night Gala will feature:

• Opening night prologue delivered by Mr.Paul Dunlap @ 6:30pm, followed by first performance of You Can't Take It With You at 7:00pm
• Gala celebration in the Spangenberg Courtyard after the show, with desserts, snacks, drinks, music and entertainment. All audience members, cast and crew are cordially invited to join in the fun!
