⚠️ IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

• All participants must register using “Singh” or “Kaur.”
• If you are not Sikh, you may use your legal last name.
• Names will be verified at the time of prize distribution. If they do not match, prizes will not be awarded.

📧 ACCURATE INFORMATION REQUIRED

• Please ensure that your email and all personal details are entered correctly.
• Emails cannot be changed later.
• If incorrect information is submitted and you become a winner, your prize will be cancelled.
• If needed, you must re-register and request cancellation of the previous registration. Sevadars will not be able to assist with changes.

📌 IMPORTANT PROCEDURES

1. GGSSC Sevadars will use your information for course delivery, exams, and prize distribution.
2. Participants will be added to a WhatsApp group or alternative communication platform.
3. All participants must follow rules and guidelines announced from time to time.
4. Head covering is mandatory during the Gurmat Crash Course at Gurdwara Sahib.
5. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home for the safety of others.

• Course Attendance: Open to everyone
• Exam Eligibility: Up to 24 years of age
• Certificates & Prizes: Only for participants up to 24 years

🏅 CERTIFICATES & PRIZES

• Certificates will be awarded to all participants who take the final exam on Sunday.
• Grand Prizes will be awarded based on:
  • Marks obtained
  • Prize selection
• Final decisions will be made by the GGSSC Canada Team.
• Previous Grand Prize winners will also be honored with special gifts.
