Primary care supper at Guy's and St Thomas'- focus on Diabetes

The next Primary Care Supper will be held on Tuesday 18 November (5:30 PM arrival and light supper; teaching and discussion from 6:00 to 8:00 PM), with a focus on Diabetes. The department is working with our forum chairs, Dr. Di Aitken and Dr. Nancy Kuchemann, to develop the agenda. 

Planned Agenda Topics

1 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and diabetes technology, including practical demonstrations and interpretation of data.

2 Clinical case presentations focusing on acute scenarios, decision-making for hospital referrals, and sick day rules.

3 Multi-morbidity and integrated neighbourhood working, with interactive discussion on themed clinics, population risk, and collaborative care models.
