Love Letters to Our Bodies - ONLINE
There are moments in life that test our strength, reshape our journey, and invite us into deeper conversations with our bodies. If cancer has become part of your story, we want you to know something important: you are not walking this path alone.
A Sacred Invitation from Moyo Institute
Moyo Institute is honored to invite you to "Love Letters to Our Bodies" — a free online contemplative workshop created specifically for African American women journeying with cancer. This experience was designed with your unique needs, cultural experiences, and spiritual traditions in mind.
More Than a Workshop — A Homecoming
"Love Letters to Our Bodies" is not just another cancer support program. It's a sacred gathering space where:
- Your whole experience as a Black woman is honored and centered
- The profound connection between body, mind, and spirit is explored with reverence

- Your relationship with your body can transform through compassion and understanding
- Community and sisterhood become medicine for the soul
What You'll Discover
Through gentle contemplative practices, guided meditations, and supportive community, you'll:
- Learn transformational tools to navigate the complex emotions of a cancer journey
