Owain & Iolo - 200 year anniversary of Iolo Morganwg
This year marks 200 years since the death of Iolo Morganwg a figure with an enormous influence of Welsh culture. Famously known for reviving the Eisteddfod tradition, his prolific writings are celebrated and sometimes deplored in equal measure.
Iolo made numerous references to Owain Glyndŵr and this event seeks to explore those in both prose and poetry followed by a pictorial presentation.
This exciting event brings together figures from literary and visual art world to explore the dimensions and enduring legacy of Iolo.
