About the Event
Hammering 4 Habitat is a unique, hands-on experience created especially for families, students, and community members who may not be able to volunteer on a construction site or who are too young to serve on a build day. This event offers a fun, safe, and meaningful way to be part of the Habitat mission.
How it Works
Register as an individual or as a team. Work side by side with our Habitat construction team to learn how walls are built and assemble real wall sections using lumber that will later be used in future Habitat homes. Participants are also invited to write well-wishes and heartfelt messages directly on the lumber—messages that will become a lasting part of the homes our Habitat families will one day live in.
Registration
Registration is free. To make a greater impact, we invite individuals and teams to participate in our Hope Builders Challenge, where you work together with friends, family, or colleagues to raise a minimum of $250. Join the challenge here. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
Join us for a fun-filled, purpose-driven day as we build knowledge, connection, and hope—one piece of lumber at a time. We’ll also have family-friendly activities and crafts for all to enjoy, and light refreshments will be provided.
