Naked Yoga - Uncover your relationship to your body
Naked Yoga
Expand your mind-body connection through the practice of Naked Yoga. Practicing yoga without clothes allows each person to uncover their own relationship to nudity while inviting vulnerability through movement and community. This class offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself by exploring body awareness and self-acceptance. Yogis of all experience levels are welcome!
Naked Yoga is facilitated by Joel, who will guide you through introductions, ground rules, pranayama ("life force" breathwork), and a vinyasa flow. Consent, safety, and bodily autonomy are central to the practice — every body comes with its own boundaries, and those boundaries are honored without exception. Rather than focusing on sexuality, the practice invites you to look inward toward your sensuality — your relationship to your body and the five senses — within a supportive and inclusive environment.
Please read the confirmation email for all important info including address, and to ensure you have your ticket which you'll need to present at the door.
