Founded in 1968, the Gramophone Award winning Fitzwilliam String Quartet, one of the longest established string quartets in the world, return to the intimate surroundings of The Old Church. The quartet will present an evening concert of sublime chamber music not to be missed, featuring Purcell's Fantasia and its ‘Double’ by Marcus Barcham-Stevens, Mozart's Quartet in D minor K421, and Schubert's Quartet in A minor 'Rosamunde’.
