Haddenham Summerfest 2024

Once again we will have one of the largest selections of beers for a one-day festival. With over 120 Real Ales, Craft & Pilsner, we also have  40 + Ciders, and Gins, Rums, Pimms & Wine to make the day fly by.  There will also be a great variety of soft drinks and non-alcoholic alternatives.

We will have a great day out for all generations with 

• An exceptional range of artisan food 

• 3 stages with excellent local entertainment - line up will be announced nearer the time
  
  • Acoustic stage from 11 am to 4:45pm
  • Theatre stage from 11am to 4:45pm
  • Main stage from 2pm to 8pm 
    

• Crafts, games and entertainment for the children from 11am to 6pm

• Big screen for the England v Switzerland Euro24 Quarter Final match at 5pm

• Areas set aside for those who want to bring a Gazebo and create their own base camp.

  • Note: for everyone's safety there will be a limit of 120 Gazebos with a nominal fee of £10; Gazebos (max 3m x 3m) will be restricted to the edges of the field in designated areas both near the Children's area and closer to the main stage. This will allow everyone sight of the stages from the middle of the field; 

• Quieter areas for those who want to meet up with friends, old and new

• All while raising money for local charities and other good causes

Last year over 4500 attendees helped raise more money for local good causes. Since the first event in 2004 over £425,000 has been raised for local charities and good causes. So come along this year for a great time while helping us raise even more in our 21st year. 

This year we are back at the Tibbs Road recreation area behind the new CO-OP by the rail station.

Gates will open from 10:30am ; Bars will open at 11am through until 8pm, although last entry is at 6pm.

• There will be NO Parking except for Blue Badge holders- please walk or use public transport - if you don’t live in Haddenham – no problem just jump on the Arriva X7 bus or Chiltern train to Haddenham and Thame Parkway and we are only a very short walk away.
  
• Children under 3 are free 
  
• No Dogs except registered Assistance dogs ; 
• Prices include a commemorative glass for all adult tickets (while stocks last)

• Only food for personal consumption may be brought into the event
• No alcohol to be brought into the event; No alcohol may be taken offsite from the event
• Smoking in designated areas only;
• Parking – only for blue badge holders – please walk or use public transport (Any parking near the Event is at the owner’s risk and should be in line with the law.)
• All gazebos must have a permit bought in advance - maximum size 3m x 3m
