"Through the delivery of our Improvisation workshops/ exercises we aim to positively increase and often reframe the way people communicate, ‘tease’ them out of their comfort zones, encourage interactivity and offer new, and develop their current skills.

And to have a laugh whilst they learn.

The wonderful thing about what we deliver is it can be used to help develop people in so many different ways, as it ultimately deals with the person and not just the process.

Which in turn helps them to be more self aware, proactive, efficient and productive, in their working lives and beyond.

Our workshops will usually begin with an “An Introduction to being a better Communicator/ Team Player” and touch on the cornerstones of good improvisation; ‘Yes and…’, ‘Don’t Block’, ‘Accept and Build’, ‘Being Present in the Moment’, ‘Listen’, etc"
