Inside Out: A Poetry Workshop

What happens when the world outside meets the world within, and when what's within is finally spoken aloud?

Join us for a warm, creative workshop that uses simple visual prompts to help you find your own voice. On the table, a few simple objects will be waiting for you: some drawn from nature, some from the noise of the everyday world. One is slow and timeless, the other urgent and of the moment. Between them lies everything you might want to say.

Through gentle, guided exercises, we'll look closely, listen inward, and turn what we notice into poetry. You might find a poem hidden in an ordinary word, or a memory waiting in something beautiful, or discover something about yourself you didn't expect to write.

Poetry begins inside us, but it comes alive when it's heard. In this circle, your words will be received with care, listened to with open hearts, and held by people who are finding their voices too. Whether you share a whole poem, a single line, or simply listen, you'll be part of a community where every voice belongs.

No experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity, and we'll hold the space for the rest.
