getting to grips with the butterfly weft

the butterfly weft is a super discreet extension method designed to lie flat against the head and attach with beads rather than traditional stitching. it’s lightweight, low-profile design offers a quicker installation, natural movement and a comfortable, seamless finish.

i have been playing about with these wefts from april - checking how well they wear,  grow out and how they feel in the client’s head.

i’ll be taking a model through a complete installation from start to finish - including the consultation, sectioning, placement, colour selection and installation process.

once fitted, i’ll demonstrate how i cut and blend the extensions into a soft, butterfly-style layered cut, finished with a bouncy faux-dry.

you’ll see the entire process up close, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout.
