Coming Home: A Fall Psoma Series with Donna Martin
What does it mean to come home to yourself?
This fall, Donna Martin is offering a four-part online series exploring Psoma, her evolving somatic approach to the work she has developed through decades of teaching and practice.
Psoma invites us to become curious about what is happening in our embodied experience — and to discover what can emerge when we meet ourselves with presence rather than trying to change or fix what we find.
Across four evenings, we’ll explore:
Psoma: An Introduction
October 23
An introduction to Psoma and what Donna means by “coming home,” with experiential practices and demonstrations.
Presence
November 13
Exploring loving presence and the practice of bringing our attention to what’s happening right now in our embodied experience.
Play
November 27
Learning to recognize and playfully explore a somatic experience or reactive pattern through curiosity and the question, “What if we…?”
Possibility
December 11
Learning to recognize when a shift in embodiment creates access to a new, more resourced way of being — and asking, “What new possibility emerges?”
Each session is 6:30–8pm EST and offered online.
You can join for an individual session or come for the whole series and follow the exploration from Presence, through Play, into Possibility.
Arrive curious. See what becomes possible.
Investment: $73 per session
