The Games Rating Authority -The Games Rating Authority has been rating video games in the UK since 1994, administering the PEGI rating system since 2003. The GRA has a team of expert assessors who rate physical video games (boxed products). This has been required by law since 2012, when the Video Recordings Act 1984 was amended by the Digital Economy Act 2010. The GRA is designated as the statutory body responsible for rating video games supplied as physical products in the UK and it is accountable to the Department of Culture, Media, and Sport regarding its work under the VRA. Code of conduct
VGIM community events are designed to be welcoming. Harassment, discrimination and abuse will not be tolerated. Breaches of the code of conduct should be reported to George Osborn. Anyone found to have breached the rules will be ejected from the event and barred from future VGIM events.
