Camping terms and conditions

Arrival and departure

Campers can arrive from 12pm on Friday 5th of June.

You must vacate the field by 5pm on Sunday 7th June.

Safety

Open fires and BBQ are strictly prohibited, this includes candles, fire bowls and fire pits.

All camp cooking must be on a camp stove.

You are responsible for what you leave in your tent. Whilst we have staff and volunteers on site around the clock, Halkyn Castle Woods and Pagan Tree Moot are not responsible for any losses or thefts. Please look after your valuables and belongings. We suggest these are kept in your locked vehicle.

First aiders are on site throughout the event, but if there's anything you need to inform us of in advance please email us and have a chat.

Sound

The grounds of Halkyn Castle Woods have residential properties and a village nearby. As such there is a strict drumming, music and singing curfew of 11pm and a total noise curfew of midnight.

Accessibility

Halkyn Castle Woods is a 47 acre site, and whilst it has paths and level areas, it's an outdoor site with some areas of uneven terrain. Paganfest will endeavour to keep talks, workshops and activities in areas that are as accessible as possible, however if you have access needs please contact the team to discuss it with us. We will always try to accommodate additional support wherever possible.

Should you require disabled camping please can you email us at pagantreemoot@gmail.com

We have a limited number of carer passes available. If you require a carer please let us know at the time of purchasing your ticket and provide details of your PIP award, access card or blue badge.

Dogs

Dogs are generally not allowed on site, however we can accommodate support dogs, such as emotional support dogs, guide dogs etc. All dogs on site must be kept on a lead at all times, due to the protected wildlife species that lives there.

If you require a support dog, please email us at the address above.

Facilities

Halkyn Castle Wood has a toilet and shower block on site. We will provide additional portable toilets.

Food and drink vans will be on site serving hot food and drinks throughout the day and evening but you are welcome to provide your own food.

Vehicles and Parking

Due to the nature of the site, we cannot guarantee that your car will be parked next to your tent. Priority for parking next to your tent will be given to those with specific needs. Please feel free to email us if you wish to discuss this further.

Whilst we have staff and volunteers on site throughout the day and night, all vehicles are parked at the owners risk. Please ensure your car is locked at all times.
