Youth Day Evening Concert FREE SIGNUP

This is the closing concert of our Youth Day, and will feature an eclectic and exhilirating mixture of demos from the pros (Lady Nade, Declan Zapala, Hobbit, David Massey) with short sets from youth bands, including WEMA's Rock and Pop School bands (Electric Eagles, Radioactive Pombears, Placeholders and Mad Hatters) as seen at previous editions of Ham Farm Festival. Young musician Persephone Hubbard will also perform some of her own songs as seen at our Young Performer Spotlight concert last year.

The evening will be informal, and run like an open mic - so 10 minutes of one group or demo, then a short gap while we reset the stage and do a quick sound check, then 10 minutes of the next group.

You might be coming to support the young performers...

Or you might be coming for your FREE chance to hear Lady Nade sing her own songs solo (her name is on the steps at the Beacon), or Hobbit beatbox (he's a world-championship winner), or Declan Zapala open your eyes to what can be done with an accoustic guitar (who's been on BBC4 TV and radio 3)...

There will NOT be food available to buy on this evening so bring your own. The bar will be open and we appreciate your buying drinks from us as it helps support the festival. You are welcome to move around the grounds, eat your picnic whenever and wherever. It's totally informal
