A fun, sociable and interactive way to fully prepare for the birth of your baby, Group Hypnobirthing & Antenatal courses take place in Bentworth nr Alton in Hampshire.

​The Hypnobirthing Group Course comprises four sessions, each lasting roughly 2.5 - 3 hours. Classes are scheduled over four recurring Monday evenings (6.30 pm - 9.30pm) or two consecutive Saturdays (9.30 am - 4.30 pm with an hour for lunch).

​Courses require a minimum of two couples to take place and are limited to a maximum of four couples in order for you to get the most out of your Hypnobirthing classes, and ensure there is plenty of time for you to ask questions and have your personal queries addressed.

Please complete the following form to register on your chosen course. A £50 non-refundable booking deposit will then be requested to secure your place. The balance of £210 is due via bank transfer (BACS) one week before the course starts, unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance (email me on hampshirebirthing@gmail.com to discuss your options).
