Hannah Benedict is an LPC and CYT-200 who brings a unique, trauma-informed clinical perspective to the yoga mat. Specializing in somatic yoga, their classes focus on the deep connection between the mind and body, emphasizing inner awareness over physical performance. Expect a slow, intentional practice utilizing gentle movement and breath work to soothe the nervous system, release deeply held tension, and foster psychological safety.
