Harbor Mahjong Open Play at The Neighborhood Hotel

Join Harbor Mahjong for Open Play, a casual evening of Mahjong, connection, and community at The Neighborhood Hotel in New Buffalo.

Open Play: Designed for players who know the fundamentals of American Mahjong and are looking for more opportunities to play, connect, and enjoy the game in a welcoming social setting.

Whether you come with friends or join us on your own, we'll help get everyone seated and playing.

Light snacks provided. BYOB welcome!

$35 per person. We provide all Mahjong materials needed to play, including tiles, racks, mats, and official NMJL 2026 cards.

Venue Note: This event is planned to take place outdoors in the backyard patio of The Neighborhood Hotel. In the event of rain or inclement weather, we'll move indoors to The Neighborhood's four-season room.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a credit toward a future Harbor Mahjong experience of a similar format. Because Mahjong requires carefully planned table counts and balanced group sizes, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits. Tickets may be transferred to another guest at any time by contacting us prior to the event.
