Tree planting with Harborough Woodland in Dingley.

Please come and have fun with Harborough Woodland Community Volunteers to plant a Birch Copse and maintain last season's whips. Together, we will be making space for wildlife and slowing the flow.

Tree whip planting is a fun activity suitable for all ages. Join us in this beautiful location to plant 150 tree whips, provided by the Woodland Trust.

Important information for the day

• Dress for the weather, with sturdy footwear.
• No previous experience needed; training will be provided on the day.
• Bring a spade and gardening gloves.
• Refreshments will be available.
• There are NO toilet facilities on the day.

• There is some parking on site but ideally please use the lay-bys on Braybrooke Road.
• We plant in all weathers, unless it could be hazardous! So, if there are storms and horizontal rain, we may be forced to cancel. In which case we will let you know by email via Tickettailor.
