BOYS/MIXED:

• U7 – Sunday 7 June, 1:00pm KO (5v5)
• U8 – Sunday 7 June, 1:00pm KO (5v5)
• U9 – Sunday 7 June, 9:00am KO (6v6)
• U10 – Saturday 6 June, 9:00am KO (6v6)
• U11 – Sunday 7 June, 2:00pm KO (6v6)
• U12 – Saturday 6 June, 2:00pm KO (6v6)

GIRLS:

• U9/U10 – Saturday 13 June, 9:00am KO (6v6)
• U11/U12 – Saturday 13 June, 9:00am KO (6v6)
• U7/U8 – Saturday 13 June, 9:00am KO (5v5)

All age bandings are based on the 2025/26 season.

👥SQUAD RULES

• Maximum of 3 substitutes per team
• No academy players permitted

🏟️TOURNAMENT FORMAT

U7s & U8s

• Non-competitive, streamed round-robin format
• Matches: 5-a-side
• Maximum squad size: 8 players
• All players receive a medal

U9s and Above

• Competitive group stages followed by knockout rounds
• Cup and Plate competitions
• Winners and runners-up receive awards
• Matches: 6-a-side
• Maximum squad size: 9 players
• Matches played on the main stadium first-team (grass) pitch

📍VENUE & FACILITIES

Harefield United FC, Breakspear Road North, Harefield, UB9 6NE

• Professional sports photographers on site
• Hot and cold food and refreshments available
• Free parking in the club car park (limited availability)
• Dogs are not allowed

💷ENTRY & CHARGES

• Spectator entry: £3 cash (ages 16 and over)
• Children: Free entry
• One manager and one coach per team: Free entry

💷TEAM ENTRY FEES

• U7–U12 teams: £55 per team

Fees are payable at the time of booking. Places cannot be reserved without payment. Entry fees include site processing costs.
