• A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
• Tickets, once purchased, cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.
• Only ELITE/VIP ticket holders are eligible for the Meet and Greet and photo opportunity with the artist.
• Right to Refuse Admission: Event Organizer(s) reserves the right to refuse admission, to effect or cause to be ejected from the Facilities any person or persons displaying inappropriate behavior, drunkenness, deliberate disregard for the Facilities’ or Event's Rules and Regulations, creating excessive noise or disturbance or engaging in any activity that creates or results in a potential threat to public health or safety.
