Celebrate your child's birthday here at Harlequin Gym Club

Are you looking to book a fun birthday? Come and join us at Harlequin Gymnastics Club where they can run, bounce and play with all our awesome equipment. 

To book your slot please complete the booking at the bottom of the page and your deposit of £70 will secure the date!

Please fill in the entire form that is requested, so we have as much information about your party as possible. 

PRICES AND ATTENDEES: Sunday Parties are £200 for members (must have current annual class membership) for 30 children (incl. birthday child) / £215 for non-members. No additional children can be added due to the limit of children allowed in our party room. Our staff will be around to supervise and assist the children where needed. 

**Notice** Prices will be increasing from January 2027. 

Sunday - £220 for Members /  £235 for non-members

Saturday - £150 for Members / £180 for non-members

Equipment is placed out as if it was Stay & Play Session, including 2 bouncy castles, long trampolines. 

WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?

We provide jugs of water in the café for the 1 hour duration of your party in the gymnasium. (BRING YOUR OWN cups (PREFERRED)

We do not provide food. We have a separate party room. We do not have cooking facilities,  if you have food being delivered please ensure that this is delivered in time, we will have multiple bookings and we will be unable to offer extra time if the food is delayed. You will have access to the party room at a allocated time please see your emails for further details with times.

DURATION: Our Harlequin parties are 1 hour and 45 mins long! This includes 1 hour in the gym with the use of the equipment. Children will then have 45 minutes party food in our designated party room  (this does include your clean up time within the 45 mins)

Due to our party timetable we can not give you access to the party room before the time stated on your terms and conditions. Sunday Party times below:

Party 1 - 12.20pm Arrival (you & guests) Gym Time - 12.30-1.30pm, Access to party room to set up - 12.30pm. Upstairs time 1.30-2.15pm

Party 2 - 1.50pm Arrival (you & guests) Gym Time - 2pm-3pm, Access to party room to set up - 2.30pm. Upstairs time 3pm-3.45pm

Party 3 - 3.20pm Arrival (you & guests) Gym Time - 3.30-4.30pm, Access to party room to set up - 4pm. Upstairs time 4.30-5.15pm

Party 4 - 4.50pm Arrival (you & guests) Gym Time - 5pm-6pm, Access to party room to set up - 5.30pm. Upstairs time 6pm-6.45pm

Saturday Parties

Party 1 - 1:50pm Arrival (you & guests) Gym Time - 2pm-3pm, Access to party room to set up 1:50pm. Party room time - 3pm-3.45pm
From October these will be the same as above. You will get 1-hour in the gym and 45mins in the party room. These will be in our new unit only and you will NOT get use of the foam pit. But you will have access to the 2 bouncy castles, 1 long track, airpad and lots of softplay.
