   Location: Hartford Orchards Sunflower Field

   Cost: $20 per participant

What to Expect:

• Yoga Basics: This class focuses on the foundations of yoga, making it ideal for beginners.
• Scenic Beauty: Enjoy your practice surrounded by the stunning beauty of over 100,000 sunflowers. 🌻
• Breathwork: We will incorporate breathwork exercises to help you relax and connect more deeply with your practice.
• Sunflower Picking: After the class, participants can cut their own sunflower to take home as a memento of this unique experience.
