This week's presenter: Arturo Natella

Topic: Beyond the Job Description: Unlocking Your Transferable Skills

Ever read a job posting and think "I don't have enough experience"? You're not alone. Research shows that many job seekers apply only when they meet 100% of listed qualifications, while others succeed by applying at just 60%. The difference? They know how to decode what employers actually need.

You'll learn a simple AI-powered approach that reveals the core business needs behind any role. No more guessing what matters most. No more feeling underqualified. Just clarity on what they need and confidence in what you offer and how your skills can match.

What You Will Learn:

  • The AI Analysis Method: Master the exact prompt that reveals the key needs that drive any role (works on any device, takes minutes not hours)
  • Skills Translation: Turn your experience—from any context—into the business language employers need to hear
  • Strategic Application: Shift from "Am I qualified enough?" to "Can I solve their business problem?"

Who Should Attend:

Perfect for job seekers at any level who want to apply with confidence:

  • Career Changers ready to show how their skills transfer across industries
  • New Graduates who need to connect academic and internship experience to business outcomes
  • Workforce Returners translating life experience into professional value
  • Anyone tired of feeling underqualified despite knowing they can do the job

What You'll Take Home:

  • The exact AI prompts to analyze any job posting
  • A one-page reference guide for the complete method
  • Confidence to apply for roles you previously thought were "out of reach"

Note: Bring any device with internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop) to fully participate. All activities are designed to work on mobile devices.
