Ingrid Goldbloom Bloch is a sought-after career and leadership coach, employee engagement consultant and speaker. Her unique experience working at the intersection of design thinking, cognitive psychology and creative thought has helped over 5,000 people transform their careers and businesses.

With over 20 years of experience, Ingrid has worked with a globally diverse population across a wide range of industries and sectors. She speaks regularly at businesses, educational institutions and professional organizations, including Harvard University. Whether addressing large audiences or working one-on-one, Ingrid is known for her engaging, practical, and deeply human approach to career and leadership development.

Ingrid is not a typical career counselor, trainer, and coach. In addition to her professional work, she is an internationally recognized artist known for transforming recycled and everyday objects into something entirely new. This creative process mirrors the way she coaches clients – helping them see new possibilities and reimagine what is possible in their careers and businesses.

Ingrid is the founder of Mosaic Careers and past Director of Career Development and Engagement at AAFCPA’s a public accounting and consulting firm. She holds a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from Lesley University and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in communication arts and psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She received advanced graduate training in career development from the John F. Kennedy School and is trained in Structural Consulting from Robert Fritz, Inc. Ingrid is MBTI- certified and holds a master level certification in TypeCoach.

Advance registration is preferred for all Ed Portal programs and events. Walk-in attendees may not be admitted.

Parking is limited around the Ed Portal so we recommend taking public transportation.

Public transportation options:

We are about a 15-20 minute walk from the Red Line Harvard Square station or Green Line -B Harvard Avenue station.

Several MBTA buses also stop near the intersection of North Harvard Street and Western Avenue: #66, #86, #70.

Parking information:

If you choose to drive to the Ed Portal please be prepared to utilize the two-hour on-street parking surrounding the Ed Portal or to park at Artesani Park and walk 10-12 minutes along Western Avenue to arrive at the Ed Portal. A limited number of parking spaces are available in the rear of the Ed Portal building on a first come, first serve basis. You may only use parking spaces in the rear of the Ed Portal building outlined in orange paint.
