This week's presenter: Arturo Natella
Topic: Confident Conversations: LinkedIn Optimization & Building Your Professional Network
Your LinkedIn profile is doing more work than your resume right now. Recruiters are searching it. Hiring managers are reading it before they reply. And most profiles are quietly screening their owners out.
This session, presented by Arturo Natella of Amaru, walks you through how to optimize your LinkedIn profile so the right people find you, take you seriously, and want to talk.
During this 90-minute interactive session, you'll learn how to:
- Show up in recruiter searches — even when you haven't applied
- Make a strong first impression before anyone reads your resume
- Tell your professional story in a way that's clear, compelling, and true to who you are
- Showcase the classes, certifications, and professional development you're investing in — in the right section, on the right part of your profile
- Build a profile that opens doors — and know exactly what to do when they open
Whether you're just starting out, changing direction, or an experienced professional looking to sharpen how you show up — you'll leave with a concrete plan and the tools to execute it.
Bonus: Attendees will receive outreach scripts they can put to use right away.
About the presenter:
Arturo Natella is the Founder of Amaru, a Boston-based firm specializing in AI, ML, and quantum technology recruiting, and career coaching for professionals across industries. Arturo started Amaru after seeing how much of hiring and job searching is learned through trial and error — people are expected to know how to navigate the process, but most are figuring it out alone. His path here ran through technology, workforce policy at the Massachusetts State Legislature, and a decade designing hiring strategies for startups and Fortune 500 companies. Through Amaru, he has helped job seekers achieve $1.5 million in aggregate salary attainment. Amaru has been recognized by DAIMLAS (Massachusetts AI Ecosystem). Arturo delivers career and hiring strategy sessions at institutions including the Harvard Ed Portal.
