HMCE Individual Delegate Registration

Thank you for your interest in Harvard Model Congress Europe 2027!

Delegates that are registering independently should fill out this registration form. Please be advised that each individual delegate must have an adult present at the conference and present for its entire duration. 

We would like to remind you that payment is due at the time of registration (your spot will not be secured until payment is received). Delayed payments may result in increased registration fees based on the registration deadlines outlined below. Details on the registration process can be found in the Registration Guide at www.hmceurope.org/registration-overview-1.

May 15th - Registration Period Begins 

July 31st - Summer Registration Deadline 

October 31st - Early Registration Deadline

December 31st - Normal Registration Deadline

January 31st- Late Registration Deadline 

Financial Aid Applicants

Individual delegates applying for financial aid should select Financial Aid Applicant for registration and "Financial Aid  - Pending" as the payment option. They should then fill out this financial aid application -- the application is due within three weeks of submitting the registration form, after which point financial aid will no longer be offered,

The executive board will review the financial aid application and send a decision and an updated invoice, at which point payment is due. Registration is considered pending until payment is completed.
