HMCE School Registration
Thank you for your interest in Harvard Model Congress Europe 2027!
This form should be filled out by faculty members registering for their school.
We would like to remind you that payment is due at the time of registration (your spot will not be secured until payment is received). Delayed payments may result in increased registration fees based on the registration deadlines outlined below. Details on the registration process can be found in the Registration Guide at www.hmceurope.org/registration-overview-1.

May 15th - Registration Period Begins
July 31st - Summer Registration Deadline
October 31st - Early Registration Deadline
December 31st - Normal Registration Deadline
January 31st- Late Registration Deadline
Instructions for schools that have students applying for financial aid:
1. Please add a "Delegate Fee" for each non financial aid student and a "Financial Aid Applicant (PENDING)" for each financial aid applicant.
2. Each student applying for financial aid needs to individually fill out the financial aid application after registration. All financial aid applications are due within three weeks of school registration, after which point aid applications will not be considered.
3. When checking out, please select Financial Aid - Pending as your payment option, not SEPA Wire Transfer or Debit/credit card. While you will receive a placeholder invoice, your school's registration is considered pending and all payments should wait until financial aid applications have been reviewed. The executive board will then send a decision and an updated invoice, at which point the full school registration payment is due.
