HMCME Individual Delegate Registration

Thank you for your interest in Harvard Model Congress Middle East 2027!

Delegates that are registering independently should fill out this registration form. Please be advised that each individual delegate must have an adult present at the conference and present for its entire duration. 

We would like to remind you that payment is due at the time of registration (your spot will not be secured until payment is received). Details on the registration process can be found in the Registration Guide.

June 3rd - Registration Period Begins 

September 31st - Summer Registration Deadline 

October 31st - Regular Registration Deadline

December 1st - Late Registration Deadline

Financial Aid Applicants

Individual delegates applying for financial aid should select Financial Aid Applicant for registration and "Financial Aid  - Pending" as the payment option. They should then fill out this financial aid application -- the application must be submitted within three weeks of submitting the registration form in order to be considered for scholarships.

The executive board will review the financial aid application and send a decision and an updated invoice, at which point payment is due. Registration is considered pending until payment is completed.
