THE WELL - YOUTH WORKER GATHERING & TRAINING

👉 THE EVENT

Youth ministry is an incredible calling—and you don't have to figure it all out alone.

Join us in Belleville, IL, on Saturday, November 14 for The Well, a morning designed to equip, encourage, and refresh local church youth workers and adult leaders.

From 8:45 AM–1:30 PM, we'll dig into practical topics that can help you disciple students well and lead your ministry with greater confidence:

• The Anxious Generation: How do we disciple students in the midst of anxiety and a changing culture?
• Leading Small Groups: Creating conversations where students can be known, heard, and discipled.
• The Nuts & Bolts of Student Ministry: Practical things every youth worker needs to know.
• Great Attributes of Volunteer Team Members: Building and strengthening the people who serve alongside you.

And we'll have morning coffee, refreshments, and lunch included with registration. AND there is a group rate if three or more attend from your church.

So invite a few of your adult leaders, bring your questions, and spend a Saturday with other people passionate about reaching and discipling the next generation.
