Mushroom Log Growing Workshop

In this 3 hour workshop we'll go thru a little bit of theory about growing mushrooms, discuss the pros and cons of different methods and then move onto a detailed explanation of the log growing method. We'll explain the whole process from begining to end and we will then spend the rest of the workshop on a practical hands-on session inoculating logs with shiitake mushrooms, while going thru any questions you may have about the process and techniques and how you can grow your own at home.
