What is Reiki?
Reiki healing is a Japanese technique that uses energy healing to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing. It involves the practitioner transferring healing energy through their palms to the recipient, helping to clear blockages in the body's energy pathways and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. It is often used in combination with traditional medical treatments to support the body's natural healing process.


What is Yin Yoga?

Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses (blocks and bolsters are available to assist with poses and make each practitioner comfortable)

Yin targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians.

If you gently stretch connective tissues by holding a yin pose for a long time, the body will respond by making them a little longer and stronger.

ABOUT CHARON 

Charon is a movement artist, former professional ballet dancer and Yoga teacher who has been teaching all over the world for over a decade, making Yoga a fundamental part of her life

In her practice she invite each student to unite their bodies with their breath. Throughout a series of poses, students gain strenght and flexibility in their body, while building confidence and self-love.

Mila is a certified Reiki Master, Holistic Intuitive Life Coach, and Energy Dahn Yoga Instructor with over a decade of experience in providing healing services. She is passionate about guiding others on their personal journeys towards self-care, self-discovery, and self-empowerment. Through her compassionate and intuitive approach, Mila helps her clients navigate life's challenges and tap into their inner wisdom and potential. "Believe in yourself and all that you are.
