Haunted Hamburg History

Multiple dates and times Hamburg Rathaus, 20095

Perhaps not for the faint of heart, this tour has been haunting adventurers brave enough to join for years as HH Tours’ original walking tour. Starting at the Rathaus, we’ll learn about the city’s not-so-great history with cholera and disease before strolling on over to the Domplatz to learn about Hamburg’s Viking roots. As we walk along, we’ll hear about some of the city’s more recent killers before visiting the statue of the legendary pirate, Klaus Stortebecker. The tour also stops by some of Hamburg’s most famous churches, including St. Katharin and the St. Nikolai memorial, where tales of ghosts, bombs, and murder will be shared along the way to the Trostbrucke, where the tour ends with stories of witchcraft.
